female dog, born around 11/2017, approximately 30 cm, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested for Babesiosis, Lyme disease, Ehrlichiosis, Anaplasmosis, heartworm, and leishmaniasis. Adorable dog lady Svea is looking for a patient home. The little Svea lived under precarious conditions in Romania with a man who wanted to help stray dogs and cats but lost track of the situation—ultimately too many dogs and cats were living on too small a space with too little food. Thanks to attentive neighbors and the dedication of one of our animal rescuers, it became a police case. The police seized part of the dogs and, of course, they were taken in by our animal rescuer's shelter. Up until that point, Svea knew nothing but the basement and occasionally the yard of the house, so she was quite insecure when she arrived at the animal shelter. Unfortunately, no one there could take intensive care of such dogs, so it took about a year for Svea to develop trust in her caretakers and now allows herself to be petted and picked up by them. She has no problems with other animals and cats, having lived with them in a shared fate for a long time. One of her ears feels as if it had been burned or something similar; it is very strongly curled, but not mutilated. The origin of this irregularity is unknown. Svea might have been found by the man like this—we don't know. We only know that due to her previous living situation, the little Svea is an insecure dog and will possibly remain so. She will probably never be a dog who jumps into your lap on her own, but even now, with the few opportunities for contact with her caretakers, she shows that she likes attention and being addressed. Therefore, we are looking for a dog-experienced, empathetic, quiet, and patient home for Svea, giving her the time she needs. Only with a house and garden. A confident only dog would be beneficial, but not mandatory. A foster home like this would also be welcome. Svea is still in Romania.

Tina Mješanac Prošlog ljeta, turisti su Tinu i njenih pet tek rođenih štenaca pronašli u gomili smeća na stočnoj pijaci. Dva šteneta su već bila mrtva. Majku i troje preživjelih beba donijeli su u azil. Primljeni su sa strahom, jer su tako mala štenad bila u ogromnoj opasnosti od virusa. Ali druge opcije nije bilo. I uprkos svemu – preživjeli su. Jedno štene je pronašlo dom. Kuba i njegova sestra Maja su ostali. I danas su tu, zajedno sa prelijepom mamom Tinom. Svi traže dom, a mama ga je zaista zaslužila posle svega što je prošla, prava heroina.
