This gentle soul is going to make such a fabulous companion for a family. He is a little sensitive and stiff around his hips, so he is on daily medication to manage this. He's able to share his home with similar natured dogs, as well as secondary school aged children. Arthur is very sweet and loves his toys, and gets excited at the sight of his harness to head out for walks!
