Bonnie was rescued from Romania as a four month old pup and has lived in the UK since. Now at nine years old, her owner is poorly and can no longer care for her, so she finds herself in rescue once again. She's a very sweet natured girl but timid also, and needs a few meets with someone before she settles properly. Once she's more relaxed, Bonnie shows what an affectionate girl she is. She can be easily spooked so a home in a quiet area would be preferred for her, with a family that will take the time getting to know her and allowing her to settle in. Bonnie is crate trained and uses it as a safe space. She hasn't been used to walking on a lead for much of her life and finds the outside world a little scary, but she is getting better at car travel. Bonnie's favourite toys are anything that can have food hidden in them! She loves snuffle mats and Kongs and also running around in off lead paddocks. Bonnie is very timid so any children at home will need to be teenaged or older. She will also need to be the only pet. She is house trained and has previously been good when left by herself for two or three hours, although she may require this time to be built up gradually in her new home.
