Hi, I’m Clara! 🐾 I’m Clara, a 3-year-old Labrador Cross with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging! Everyone here says I’m a really good girl, and I’m hoping my forever family is just around the corner. I’ll let you in on a little secret… I’m a bit of a nervous girl. It can take me a little while to feel comfortable around new people and in new places, so I’ll need a family who will let me settle in at my own pace. But once I get to know you, you’ll discover I’m a big softie who absolutely loves a fuss and being close to my favourite people. One of my favourite things in the whole world is my toys. Whether it’s carrying one around proudly, having a little game, or just relaxing with it by my side, they always make me happy. A cuddle, a scratch behind the ears, or a gentle stroke is also high on my list of favourite things! The kennel team are still getting to know me, so they’ll be able to share even more about my personality as I settle in. I’ll also be having a dog introduction soon, and while we can’t say for certain just yet, I could potentially live with another dog pending a successful introduction. I’d be happiest in a home without cats. Because I can be a little nervous, I’m looking for a calm home with children aged 16 and over who can understand that I may need a little time to build my confidence.
