From the start Claude has been a very friendly dog with people and other dogs. He is thrilled to see visitors and seeks out attention. He just loves people! He is described as a real character. Claude is medium size, he is neutered. He was born in approx May 2017. He had a dreadful time in the Public Shelter but remained so friendly.
