Sie kam in einem herzzerreißenden Zustand zu uns ins Tierheim, litt unter schweren Augeninfektionen, Milben und einer verformten Vorderpfote, alles erinnert an das Trauma und die Grausamkeit, die oft auf Straßenhunde in Rumänien ausgeübt werden. Mit Behandlung hat sie ihre Gesundheit wiedererlangt und Freude am Leben, und nichts von dem, was sie erlitten hat, hält sie zurück. Sie kann laufen, rennen und springen wie jeder Hund und besonders ihre Liebe zu Menschen strahlt durch sie, sie überschüttet jeden, den sie trifft, mit Zärtlichkeit und bildet besondere Bindungen zu denen, denen sie vertraut. Darcy liebt Menschen, ist aber unsicher mit anderen Hunden und könnte nicht mit Katzen leben, daher benötigt sie als Einzelhund ein Zuhause. Traurig wird Darcy´ Körper immer die Narben ihrer Vergangenheit tragen, aber für jeden, der über ihre körperlichen Narben hinaussehen kann, um ihre Natur innerhalb zu finden, werden Sie in dieser unglaublich liebenden jungen Frau eine treue und wahre Seelenverwandte finden. She arrived at our shelter in a heart-breaking condition suffering from severe eye infections, mange, and a deformed front paw all sad reminders of the trauma and cruelty so often inflicted upon stray dogs in Romania. With treatment she has regained her health and a joy for life, and none of what she has suffered holds her back. She can walk, run and jump like any dog and more especially her love for humans shines through she showers affection on everyone she meets and forms special bonds with those she trusts. Darcy adores humans but is unsure of other dogs and could not live with cats, she therefore needs to be homed as an only dog . Sadly, Darcy’s body will always carry the scars of her past but to anyone who can look beyond her physical scars to her nature within, you will find a loyal and true soulmate in this incredibly loving girl.
