WE DO NOT REHOME TO A DISTANCE OF FURTHER THAN 3 HOURS. Jamie came in via an inspector as his owner was no longer able to care for him. He is a very sweet gentle soul. He can say some words and enjoys making noises. He will take food from your hand and we are working on building trust to handle him outside of the cage. He is a little nervous of new people so will need patient owners willing to commit to multiple meets. We think he would do best with owners that have experience with amazon parrots. We do believe he is over 25 years old but this cannot be confirmed. Jamie will need his own room and be housed inside and benefit from being with someone that is around the house a lot as he doesn’t like being left alone. He needs to have the opportunity and access to be out of his cage daily if he chooses to be.
