Der erste Blick auf Pudding war ein paar Sekunden langes Video von ihm in einem Tötungszwinger in Rumänien. Es war extrem laut, extrem überfüllt und Pudding war Haut und Knochen und an die Rückwand eines kleinen Holzboxen gelehnt mit seinem Freund Coco, er zitterte vor absoluter Angst, es war absolut herzzerreißend! Leider hatten wir keinen Platz, um Pudding sofort aufzunehmen, aber sobald wir konnten, brachten wir ihn direkt in einen Transportwagen nach Großbritannien. Pudding ist immer noch sehr dünn und sehr ängstlich. Er erhält 4 kleine Mahlzeiten am Tag, während wir ihn langsam aufbauen und er bekommt all die Zeit, die er braucht, um uns zu vertrauen und hoffentlich endlich das Gefühl von Sicherheit zu bekommen. Puddings einziger Trost im Leben sind andere Hunde. Das sind die einzigen Dinge, auf die er sich verlassen konnte und nicht fürchten musste. Er benötigt eine Adoption in ein Zuhause mit mindestens einem anderen Hund, der freundlich, spielerisch und ihm den Weg im Leben zeigen wird. Er würde in einem Zuhause ohne anderen Hund nicht zurechtkommen. Pudding ist zu ängstlich, um einen Halsband und Leine anzulegen, um ihn sicher zum Katzen-Test zu bringen, also suchen wir vorerst nach einem Zuhause für ihn ohne Haustier Katze im Haus. Pudding ist immer noch sehr abgeschaltet im Zwinger und daher können wir noch keine wahre Einschätzung davon machen, was wir seinen Energielevel sein werden. Da Pudding in ein Zuhause mit mindestens einem anderen Hund vermittelt werden muss, glauben wir, dass er etwa 4 Stunden alleine bleiben kann. Pudding ist immer noch absolut erschrocken und ist noch weit davon entfernt, mit dem Leinentraining zu beginnen. Pudding hat keinerlei Grundausbildung. All dies wird mit der Zeit kommen, sobald er sich eingewöhnt und vollständig sein neue Adoptiveltern vertraut.

The first we ever saw of Pudding was a few second long video of him in a kill shelter in Romania. It extremely loud, extremely overcrowded and Pudding was skin and bone pinned to the back of a small wooden kennel with his friend Coco, he was shaking with absolute fear, it was absolutely heartbreaking! Unfortunately, we had no space to take Pudding in straight away but as soon as we were able to, we got him straight onto a transport van to the UK. Pudding is still very skinny and very fearful. He's being fed 4 small meals a day whilst we slowly build him up and he'll be given all the time that he needs to learn to trust us and hopefully start to finally feel safe. Puddings only comfort in life is other dogs. They are the only thing that he's been able to rely on and not had to fear. He will need to be adopted into a home with at least one other dog, one that is kind, playful and will show him the way in life. He wouldn't cope in a home without another dog from comfort. Pudding is far too fearful of to be able to put a collar and lead on him to be able to safely cat test him so for the time being, we will be looking for a home for him without a resident cat in the home. Pudding is still very shut down at the kennels and so we're unable to get a true read of what we think his energy levels will be As Pudding will need to be adopted to a home where there is at least one other dog, we believe he'd be fine to be left for around a 4 hour period. Pudding is still absolutely terrified and so is a long way off from starting lead training Pudding has no form of basic training. This will all come in time once he has settled and learnt to fully trust his adopters
