Hellooootjes all, I'm Buddy. I'm a sweet, social, and incredibly cuddly kitten with a beautiful coat and a big personality. I love being close to my people and enjoy lots of attention, cuddles, and being cozy. If you sit on the couch, there's a good chance I'll snuggle up next to you. What makes me extra special? My voice! I have a different sound for every situation, and it often seems as if I'm really having a conversation with you. When you say something to me, I often give a detailed response. My days are mostly spent playing, exploring, eating, sleeping, and cuddling. I like to play with strings, cuddly toys, and the scratching post. Before I start playing, I often take a quick round of my toys to decide what I'm in the mood for. After eating, it's time for a nap. Sometimes I'm so sleepy that I even fall asleep while eating, with my nose still between the kibble! New people usually aren't very exciting to me. I make easy contact, and once I get to know you, I'm very social and affectionate. That's why I'm looking for a cozy home where there's plenty of time for attention, play, and of course, cuddles. My ideal home is warm and snug, with friendly and calm people who are at home a lot. Additionally, I would love to have a feline friend to play with. I'm a social boy and it would be great to have a play buddy. If there's no young kitten present, I'd love to watch the animal shelter together to find a suitable kitten friend. I have no experience with dogs and wasn't raised around young children. Older, calm children might work, especially if there are plenty of places where I can retreat. Hallooootjes allemaal, Ik ben Buddy. Ik ben een lieve, sociale en ontzettend knuffelige kitten met een prachtige vacht en een grote persoonlijkheid. Ik houd ervan om dicht bij mijn mensen te zijn en geniet volop van aandacht, kroeltjes en gezelligheid. Als jij op de bank gaat zitten, is de kans groot dat ik er gezellig bij kom liggen. Wat mij extra bijzonder maakt? Mijn stem! Ik heb voor elke situatie wel een ander geluidje en het lijkt soms net alsof ik een echt gesprek met je voer. Als jij iets tegen mij zegt, geef ik vaak uitgebreid antwoord. Mijn dagen bestaan vooral uit spelen, ontdekken, eten, slapen en knuffelen. Ik speel graag met touwtjes, knuffeltjes en de krabpaal. Voordat ik begin met spelen, maak ik vaak eerst een rondje langs al mijn speelgoed om te bepalen waar ik zin in heb. Na het eten is het tijd voor een dutje. Soms ben ik zelfs zó moe dat ik tijdens het eten in slaap val, met mijn neus nog tussen de brokjes! Nieuwe mensen vind ik meestal helemaal niet spannend. Ik maak gemakkelijk contact en als ik je eenmaal ken, ben ik erg sociaal en aanhankelijk. Daarom zoek ik een gezellig thuis waar genoeg tijd is voor aandacht, spelletjes en natuurlijk knuffels. Mijn ideale thuis is warm en knus, met vriendelijke en rustige mensen die veel thuis zijn. Daarnaast zou ik graag een kattenvriendje hebben om mee te spelen. Ik ben namelijk een sociale jongen en het lijkt me heerlijk om een speelkameraadje te hebben. Als er nog geen jonge kat aanwezig is, kijk ik graag samen met het asiel naar een geschikt kittenmaatje. Met honden heb ik nog geen ervaring en ook met jonge kinderen ben ik niet opgegroeid. Oudere, rustige kinderen zouden misschien wel kunnen, zeker als er voldoende plekjes zijn waar ik me even kan terugtrekken.
