Meet our lovely boy Al Pacino, a greyhound lurcher type around 6 years old. Al Pacino has sadly come from a very traumatic background and we suspect he may have been used in illegal dog sports. He bears several scars from his past, but he is now safe and ready for a new chapter in life. He is a skinny lad with some old injuries which can cause him to limp when walking, but this does not seem to bother him. Despite everything he has been through, he remains incredibly sweet natured and is always excited to get out and about. Al Pacino has a missing part of his nose, which he takes completely in his stride. He continues to show us what a resilient and loving boy he is every day. He enjoys his walks and is very engaged with the world around him, including people watching and squirrel watching. He walks well on the lead and enjoys gentle strolls, enrichment and mental stimulation. He would be best suited to a peaceful home where he can retire in comfort, while still enjoying lots of short walks and brain games to keep him happy and engaged. Al Pacino could potentially live with other neutered, calm natured dogs following successful introductions. We feel he may also be suitable to live with older children aged 14 plus depending on meets at the centre. Al would benefit from joint supplements to help support his mobility as he builds up his stamina. Despite everything in his past, there is still no stopping this boy. He is ready to move forward and enjoy the good life he truly deserves.
