CECILIO è un meticcio di 7 kg nato il 01.06.2018 che ha passato tutta sua vita attaccato a quella catena senza poter mai andare oltre. Lo abbiamo fatto recuperare da una situazione di miseria e sporcizia… parassiti e sudiciume hanno infettato la sua pelle che mai nessuno ovviamente ha curato. Cecilio è un cagnolino di taglia medio piccola, dolce e pronto a conoscere il mondo e la sua nuova famiglia. Affettuoso e socievole con le persone e con i suoi simili Bravo al guinzaglio.
