His distant relatives would probably be able to boast of a pedigree German Shepherd from a working line. Nothing surprising, then, that for Astral the relationship with a person and clear rules are important. You can become his friend right away - he likes everyone who takes him on a proper walk through the fields, where he can sniff, study grass species, and when the sun warms up - swim in the pond! As befits a shepherd - Astral likes to play around ;) It should be added that despite his young age, Astral does not pull or jerk, and walking around with him in the wilderness is pure pleasure. We don't know his history - we suspect he may have spent a long time in the yard and in the kennel run. The more he loves walks and being outdoors, the more unpleasant the return to the crate is for him, and sometimes he returns reluctantly. In the animal shelter Astral suffers from lack of freedom of movement and contact with other dogs - at first he often walked in the company of other dogs, but now he has very few contacts, which frustrates him, and it saddens us greatly. Astral also lacks a wise person who would be a guide through life. He has great potential and is very intelligent, so we expect that after adoption he will make significant progress. We are looking for a home for him in a quiet, suburban area and a person who has experience in caring for a dog.

Jego niedalecy krewni zapewne mogliby pochwalić się rodowodem owczarka niemieckiego z linii pracującej. Nic więc dziwnego, że dla Astrala ważna jest relacja z człowiekiem i jasne zasady. Jego kumplem można zostać z marszu - lubi każdego, kto zabierze go na porządny spacer na pola, gdzie można węszyć, studiować gatunki traw, a gdy słońce przygrzeje - skąpać się w stawie! Jak przystało na owczarka - Astral lubi się popluskać ;) Dodać należy, że pomimo młodego wieku Astral nie ciągnie, nie szarpie, a szwendanie się z nim po bezdrożach to sama przyjemność. Nie znamy jego historii - podejrzewamy, że mógł spędzić dłuższy czas na podwórku i w kojcu. O ile uwielbia spacery i pobyt na świeżym powietrzu, o tyle moment powrotu do boksu jest dla niego przykry i bywa, że wraca niechętnie. W schronisku Astral cierpi na niedosyt swobodnego ruchu i brak kontaktów z psami - na początku często spacerował w gronie innych psów, ale obecnie tych kontaktów ma bardzo mało, co go frustruje, a nas bardzo smuci. Astralowi brakuje też mądrego człowieka, który byłby mu przewodnikiem przez życie. Ma duży potencjał i jest bardzo pojętny, więc spodziewamy się, że po adopcji poczyni spore postępy. Szukamy mu domu w spokojnej, podmiejskiej okolicy oraz człowieka, który ma doświadczenie w opiece nad psem.
