Buster is an 11 and a half year old crossbreed who has stolen the hearts of everyone here at Dogs Trust Canterbury! He’s a sociable boy who loves human company, and will be your personal little shadow. He knows a few tricks, and will take a tasty treat very gently, but his favourite thing to do is being fussed all over and having belly scratches! He cant wait to shower his new family with love! Buster is looking for his retirement home after being handed into our care due to no fault of his own. Despite his age, this handsome chap is still spritely, especially when you get his harness out as he knows this means it is time for walkies, and will go super silly and wiggly and is keen to get going! Buster loves people, he is very affectionate and loves to play, so would be suited to live with children as young as primary school age. He is also lovely when meeting other 4 legged friends, and was previously best friends with a cat, so could happily share his new home with other pets or having doggy play dates! Buster is currently in foster and is fully house trained, and has been happily left for 3 hours, although this could be built up more once he is settled. Buster will need to meet his adopters twice prior to going home so please bear all of this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet him within 48hrs of being shortlisted.
