Hello, I'm the awesome Daku. I was dropped off here at the animal shelter. First, I underwent a thorough check-up. They removed some tartar and did a big blood test. Once it was confirmed that I was in good health, I moved into the cat house and immediately captured the attention of my new caretakers. I'm a great, very people-oriented and neutered tomcat. Sometimes, my people are even more important to me than the yummy food they give me. I also like to climb onto their shoulders, although I still need to learn to keep my claws in when doing so. When it comes to cuddling, I'm very careful. Towards other cats, I'm a bit reserved but still friendly. Originally, I came from a suitable-for-apartment-living home, but for my new home, I would love a secure roam or an enclosed balcony so I can catch a bit of fresh air. So, if my interest has piqued yours, just get in touch with the animal shelter and get to know me!. This animal was surrendered to the shelter. This cat needs outdoor access. This cat is to be kept indoors only.

Hallo, ich bin der tolle Daku. Ich wurde hier im Tierheim abgegeben. Da wurde ich dann erstmal gründlich untersucht. Es wurde Zahnstein entfernt und ein großes Blutbild gemacht. Nachdem dann geklärt war, dass es mir gut geht, durfte ich hier ins Katzenhaus ziehen und habe gleich meine neuen Pfleger in Beschlag genommen. Ich bin ein toller, sehr menschenbezogener und verschmuster Kater. Manchmal sind mir meine Menschen sogar wichtiger als das leckere Futter, was mir gereicht wird. Auf Schultern klettere ich auch gerne, dabei muss ich aber noch lernen, meine Krallen drinnen zu lassen. Sonst bin ich aber beim Kuscheln sehr vorsichtig. Anderen Katzen gegenüber bin ich etwas zurückhaltend, aber lieb. Ursprünglich komme ich aus einer Wohnungshaltung, würde mir für mein neues Zuhause aber gerne gesicherten Freigang oder einen umnetzten Balkon wünschen, damit ich mal ein bisschen frische Luft schnappen kann.
