Imani was found with her 5 siblings as usual in Romania, abandoned in the cold December fields. Her aunt found the approximately 8-week-old puppies on a field; there was no house or mother dog in sight. Someone must have left the helpless puppies there. So, the six siblings had a great stroke of luck and grew up in Afumati. Two of her sisters have already found a wonderful home in Germany, and their family is very happy with them. The siblings live together in a kennel and unfortunately know nothing but the walls of their enclosure and the three people who feed them…. We have not yet given up on finding a home in Germany, but it now requires very experienced people who are willing to not have any expectations and also plan for at least 1-3 years before they have a "functioning" dog…. therefore, she is in the patronage program like her siblings.

Imani wurde mit ihren 5 Geschwistern wie so oft ausgesetzt in Rumänien gefunden. Amiras Tante fand die ca. 8 Wochen alten Welpen im kalten Dezember auf einem Feld, weit und breit kein Haus bzw. keine Mutterhündin. Es muss jemand die hilflosen Welpen dort einfach entsorgt haben. So hatten die 6 Geschwister großes Glück und konnten in Afumati aufwachsen. Zwei Schwestern haben mittlerweile ein tolles Zuhause in Deutschland gefunden und ihre Familie ist sehr glücklich mit ihr. Die Geschwister leben zusammen in einem Kennel und kennen leider nichts außer die Wände ihres Zwingers und die drei Personen, die sie füttern…. Wir haben die Chance auf ein Zuhause in Deutschland noch nicht ganz aufgegeben, aber es braucht jetzt sehr erfahrene Menschen, die erst mal nichts erwarten und auch mind. 1-3 Jahre Zeit einplanen bevor sie einen „funktionierenden“ Hund haben…..daher ist sie wie ihre Geschwister im Patenprogramm.
