India was abandoned near a hospital in Badajoz. She survived two months on the street and got very close to people but couldn’t be caught. SOS RESCUE carried out the rescue. At first, she was timid, but quickly gained trust in her foster family and transformed into a happy female dog. She lives on a property, sleeps in the house. She is house-trained and calm, but also playful. She lives peacefully with other dogs and cats. Like all street dogs, she is initially wary. India has a lot of Podenco blood in her, which means she has hunting ambitions and will continue to do so. Therefore, she should be walked on a leash at first. She is looking for an active family. Otherwise, she turns out to be a loyal and affectionate female dog who loves the proximity of her family.

India wurde in der Nähe eines Krankenhauses in Badajoz ausgesetzt. Sie überlebte zwei Monate auf der Straße und kam Menschen sehr nahe, ließ sich aber nicht fangen. SOS RESCUE hat die Rettung durchgeführt. Anfangs war sie schreckhaft, hat aber schnell Vertrauen in ihre Pflegefamilie gewonnen und verwandelte sich in eine glückliche Hündin. Sie lebt auf einem Grundstück, schläft im Haus. Sie ist stubenrein und ruhig, aber auch lustig und verspielt. Sie lebt problemlos mit weiteren Hunden sowie Katzen zusammen. Wie alle Hunde die auf der Straße gelebt haben, ist sie am Anfang misstrauisch. India hat viel Podenco-Blut in sich, was bedeutet, dass sie jagdliche Ambitionen hat, und auch ausleben wird. Und deshalb sollte sie anfangs an der der Leine geführt werden. Sie sucht eine Familie die aktiv ist. Ansonsten entpuppt sie sich als eine brave und liebevolle Hündin, welche die Nähe von ihrer Familie liebt.
