Jose was rescued with two additional siblings at the age of 12 weeks. They sought refuge on the grounds of the local school. Totally frightened and undernourished, they found their way to the shelter. Within a few days of their arrival, they fell ill with parovirus. Jose was hospitalized for 15 days before defeating the virus. Left behind was an infected paw, which is now almost healed. It was his strong survival instinct that helped him recover. Jose is now fully recovered and officially a treasure!! He now needs a lot of love and warmth to finally experience how wonderful a dog life can be!!

Jose wurde mit zwei weiteren Geschwistern im Alter von 12 Wochen gerettet. Sie hatten Zuflucht auf dem Gelände der örtlichen Schule gesucht. Total verängstigt und unterernährt kamen sie ins Refugium. Innerhalb weniger Tage nach ihrer Ankunft, erkrankten sie an Parovirus. Jose wurde 15 Tage im Krankenhaus behandelt, bevor er den Virus besiegte. Zurück blieb eine infizierte Pfote, die jetzt fast geheilt ist. Es war sein starker Überlebensinstinkt, der ihm half gesund zu werden. Jose ist jetzt vollständig genesen und offiziell ein Schatz!! Er braucht jetzt ganz viel Liebe und Wärme um endlich zu erfahren, wie schön ein Hundeleben sein kann!!
