Monica arrived with her fellow victims Phoebe and Rachel after a seizure by the animal authorities from the farm where she was exploited. Monica was kept tethered. She was thin, terrified, her body covered in scars with a wound full of maggots at the level of the chain around her neck. Monica required immediate care. All of that is now just a bad memory for our kind Monica who finally has the freedom she deserves. She is gradually regaining trust in humans.

Monica est arrivée avec ses compagnes d’infortune Phoebe et Rachel suite à une saisie des animaux de l’élevage où elle était exploitée. Monica vivait à l’attache. Elle était maigre, terrorisée, son corps couvert de cicatrice avec une plaie remplie d’asticots au niveau de la chaîne qu’elle avait autour du cou. Monica a nécessité des soins de toute urgence. Tout cela n’est plus qu’un mauvais souvenir pour notre gentille Monica profite qui enfin de la liberté qu’elle mérite. Elle reprend petit à petit confiance en l’humain.
