Meet Olive, a 5 year old Foxhound looking for a forever home. Olive can be a little nervous at first, but she is beginning to build confidence with our staff. She loves exploring with her nose, playing with tennis balls, and investigating in every bush she can find. Olive is an independent girl with plenty of character who will thrive with patient adopters who can give her time to settle into her new home. Olive is looking for a home with older children of an upper secondary age as she can show resource guarding behaviours. Olive can say hello to other dogs but prefers calmer dogs and can be unsure of bouncy dogs, she would like to be the only dog in the home. She can't live with cats, and any small furries should be kept separate. She is very strong on the lead and will need owners who are comfortable handling her on walks. Olive would love a patient and understanding home that can give her time to settle as she is struggling with her time here in kennels.
