Rex is a busy, intelligent boy who enjoys having plenty to do. At home, he likes nothing more than relaxing in his cosy beds and playing with his toys. He thrives on mental stimulation, loves learning new things and really enjoys spending time with people. Rex is always happy to say hello and enjoys meeting new people. He also loves taking his time on sniffy walks and exploring at his own pace. Rex isn't keen on other dogs, so he wears a smart muzzle when out and about to help keep himself and others safe. His new owners will need to be comfortable continuing this and managing his interactions responsibly. Rex is a 5-year-old Jack Russell Terrier looking for an adult-only home where he can be the only pet. His ideal owners will have experience with dog reactivity, or be willing to learn and understand how best to support him as he continues to make progress with his training. Our assessment indicates that Rex can be left for up to four hours, and he also travels well in the car.
