After being taken in by a lady, Romeo was unfortunately placed with someone who mistreated him. He then arrived at the our shelter so that he could finally find the safety and stability he deserves. Romeo is still quite fearful of humans and will need time, patience, and gentleness before fully trusting. However, behind this reserve lies a sensitive dog who simply wants to learn to live peacefully with a kind family. He is social with other dogs of the same species, and the presence of a balanced first dog could be a real asset in helping him regain trust in humans and evolve more peacefully in his future home. We do not know his interactions with cats. Romeo is looking for adopters who are patient and respectful, willing to give him the time he needs to flourish at his own pace.

Après avoir été recueilli par une dame, Roméo a malheureusement été replacé chez une personne qui le maltraitait. Il est ensuite arrivé au refuge afin de pouvoir enfin trouver la sécurité et la stabilité qu’il mérite. Roméo est un chien encore assez craintif envers l’humain et il aura besoin de temps, de patience et de douceur avant d’accorder pleinement sa confiance. Derrière cette réserve se cache toutefois un chien sensible qui ne demande qu’à apprendre à vivre sereinement auprès d’une famille bienveillante. Il est sociable avec ses congénères, et la présence d’un premier chien équilibré pourrait être un véritable atout pour l’aider à reprendre confiance en l’humain et à évoluer plus sereinement dans son futur foyer. Nous ne connaissons pas ses ententes avec les chats. Roméo recherche avant tout des adoptants patients et respectueux, prêts à lui laisser le temps nécessaire pour s’épanouir à son rythme.
