Quiet, gentle and shy... That's Rubinka - a female dog who came to us in July 2024. She was one of the first rescued from this street, although there were seven in total - two adult female dogs, her siblings and one puppy that stood out slightly in appearance. The remaining six are almost identical. The life of these dogs was difficult - uncontrolled breeding, no contact with people, and for food, only what they found in the trash or leftovers thrown into bushes. We broke this chain of homelessness, but now we have another mission - we are fighting so that they will not spend the rest of their lives in an animal shelter. Rubinka is slowly learning to walk on a leash, but any sudden movement and louder sound still causes fear in her. She needs patience, calmness and time to trust a human and feel safe in a new environment. She best feels at ease in the company of her dog friend from the kennel - his presence gives her a sense of security and makes her feel more confident. That is why we are looking for a home for her where she will have a dog companion. It is thanks to him that she will open up to the world more easily and gradually learn to enjoy everyday life by the side of a loving family. Before a new Family, a long work on full trust. She does not know what a real Home is, because she never had one. Rubinka was born around 2019. Vaccinated, microchipped and spayed.

Cicha, delikatna i nieśmiała… To właśnie Rubinka – suczka, która trafiła do nas w lipcu 2024 roku. Była jedną z pierwszych uratowanych z tej ulicy, choć łącznie było ich siedem – dwie dorosłe suczki, jej rodzeństwo oraz jeden piesek wyróżniający się nieco wyglądem. Pozostała szóstka jest niemal identyczna. Życie tych psiaków było trudne – niekontrolowane rozmnażanie, brak kontaktu z ludźmi, a do jedzenia tylko to, co znalazły w śmietnikach lub resztki wyrzucone w krzakach. Przerwaliśmy ten łańcuch bezdomności, ale teraz mamy kolejną misję – walczymy o to, by nie spędziły reszty życia w schronisku. Rubinka powoli uczy się chodzić na smyczy, ale każdy gwałtowny ruch i głośniejszy dźwięk wciąż budzi w niej lęk. Potrzebuje cierpliwości, spokoju i czasu, by zaufać człowiekowi i poczuć się bezpiecznie w nowym otoczeniu. Najlepiej odnajduje się w towarzystwie swojego psiego kolegi z boksu – jego obecność daje jej poczucie bezpieczeństwa i sprawia, że czuje się pewniej. Dlatego szukamy dla niej domu, w którym będzie miała psiego przyjaciela. To właśnie dzięki niemu łatwiej otworzy się na świat i stopniowo nauczy cieszyć się codziennością u boku kochającej rodziny.
