Tuppence is sweet, independent, and happiest living life at a slower pace. He’s friendly and will greet you with a wag, but when the sniffs call, he’s off exploring! He’s not fussed about other dogs and would prefer to be the only dog in the home, though he’s happy to have doggy friends on walks. Once he knows you, his confidence blossoms and he’ll greet you with excitement every time. He loves his food, enjoys a fuss, and is always ready for a short car ride to somewhere new. If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle companion who will bring warmth and quiet joy to your life, Tuppence could be the one. Tuppence is an 8-year-old Foxhound and a true OAP ( Old Aged Pooch) looking for his perfect retirement home. He doesn’t want the hustle and bustle of children in the home so a calm, adult-only home is just what he’s looking for. Tuppence isn’t fussed about other dogs and would prefer to be the only dog in the home, though he’s happy to have doggy friends on walks. He would suit an owner who doesn’t need a high-energy dog and is happy to share their space with an older gentleman who loves comfort and routine. Tuppence has some medical needs which our veterinary team will discuss with any potential adopters.
