Xena came into our care as a stray and is now looking for a quiet, understanding home where she can truly relax and be herself. She is a very shy girl who loves nothing more than curling up in her favourite cow-print bed, where she feels safe and secure. The shelter environment has been quite stressful for Xena, so we’d love to see her find a calm home where she can decompress at her own pace and let her personality slowly shine through. Having previously lived as a stray, Xena will likely always be an independent cat. She’s looking for adopters who will give her the time and space she needs to settle, without expecting too much too soon. With patience and understanding, we’re sure she’ll reward you in her own quiet way. Once she has fully settled into her new home, Xena will need safe outdoor access so she can enjoy the freedom she’s used to. If you have a peaceful home and are looking to offer a gentle soul the chance to flourish, Xena could be the perfect companion.
