Hyllyssä oltu: Lokakuussa 2022Perhe hyllyssä: Veljekset: Bonito; lokakuussa 2022 löysimme Aris ja hänen kaksi veljestään metsästä läheisyydessämme olevan hyllyn. Todennäköisesti heitä oli jätetty huonolla ihmisillä. Aris ja hänen veljeksensä olivat kaikki sairaita parvovirus-infektioita ja ne hoitettiin välittömästi lääkäreidemme toimesta. Onneksi he selvisivät taudista, mutta heillä on pieni ongelma silmissään (strabismus). Strabismus tarkoittaa silmäkääntyminen, joka johtuu silmässä tapahtuneista muutoksista, ja lääkärimestareidemme epäilevät, että tämä voi olla seurausta parvoviruksesta. Kuitenkin strabismus ei vaikuta normaaliin koiran elämään. Aris ja hänen veljensä Bonito ovat hiljaisia ja hieman pelokkaita, mutta he sallivat itsensä kosketuksen. Aria on hieman aktiivisempi ja avoimempi ihmisiä kohtaan. Weight: 24 kgIn a shelter from: October 2022Family in the shelter: Brother: Bonito; In October 2022, we found Aris and his brother Bonito in the forest near our shelter. Sadly, we suspect they had been abandoned by heartless people and left to fend for themselves. Both boys were suffering from parvovirus, a serious and potentially life-threatening disease. Our veterinary team immediately began treatment, and fortunately, both brothers survived. However, their long recovery, along with painful treatments, needles, and encounters with unfamiliar people, left them a little shy and cautious. Bonito and Aris may need some extra time and patience to feel safe around new people, but beneath their shyness are two sweet souls who are learning to trust again. They allow themselves to be petted and, with kindness, understanding, and love, we believe they can continue to blossom. Now, we dream of finding them loving families who will see beyond their fears and accept them just as they are. They don’t need perfection – they simply need people with kind hearts who will give them the time they need, a safe place to call home, and the chance to experience all the happiness a dog deserves.
