I am male, neutered, born in 2016, and I am microchipped and vaccinated. I am approximately 55cm tall. I have been waiting since December 2016 for a new home. My caretakers say about me: Bootsmann was illegally kept in Brandenburg and traded against a boat by animal friends to give him a better future. He lives with the pack here, but remains confident and not easily impressed. Due to puberty and mischief in his head, he is a young dog who should be rehomed as soon as possible into a stable environment with clear tasks and rules. A visit to dog training classes is a prerequisite, in addition to basic obedience training, there can also be plenty of playtime with fellow animals. Of course, Bootsmann is a real cuddle monster that not only needs consistency but also a lot of love. He likes to laze around and cuddle just as much as he likes fun, sports, and play. For Bootsmann, we are looking for active and adventure-loving people who can show him his boundaries with love, because his healthy self-confidence can sometimes lead him to be a bit strict. Children should be older and dog-experienced, and the parents should have the necessary sense of responsibility. Other animals can still be trained with Bootsmann with the right nerves, which would have to be tested on an individual basis. If he is to move in as a second dog, the same applies. However, a preferred option is a single spot due to the training needs, which are always present, because Bootsmann is not a dog for anything but the most serious commitment. Ich bin männlich, kastriert, 2016 geboren und bin gechipt und geimpft. Ich bin circa 55cm groß. Ich warte seit Dezember 2016 auf ein neues Zuhause. Das sagen meine Betreuer über mich: Bootsmann wurde illegal in Brandenburg gehalten und von Tierfreunden gegen ein Boot getauscht, um ihm eine schöne Zukunft zu ermöglichen. Bei uns lebt er im Rudel, bleibt dabei aber selbstbewusst und nicht leicht zu beeindrucken. Dank Pubertät und Flausen im Kopf ist er ein Junghund, der schnellstmöglich in ein stabiles Umfeld mit klaren Aufgaben und Regeln vermittelt werden sollte. Der Besuch einer Hundeschule ist Vorraussetzung, neben dem Hundeeinmaleins kann dort auch beim Toben mit Artgenossen richtig Gummi gegeben werden. Natürlich ist Bootsmann ein echtes Schmusemonster, das neben Konsequenz auch richtig viel Liebe braucht. Er mag Faulenzen und Kuscheln ebenso wie Spaß, Sport und Spiel. Für Bootsmann suchen wir sportliche und unternehmungslustige Menschen, die ihm liebevoll seine Grenzen aufzeigen, denn sein gesundes Selbstbewusssein lässt ihn auch mal über die Strenge schlagen. Kinder sollten älter und hundeerfahren sein, die Eltern das nötige Verantwortungsgefühl besitzen. An andere Tiere kann man Bootsmann mit dem nötigen Nervenköstüm noch gewöhnen, das müsste im Einzelfall getestet werden. Wenn er als Zweithund ins neue Zuhause ziehen soll, ebenfalls. Bevorzugt wird jedoch ein Einzelplatz auf Grund des Erziehungsbedarfs, der auf jeden fall vorhanden ist, denn Bootsmann ist kein Hund für nebenbei. Für den Besuch bitten wir um vorige Terminabsprache! Wer möchte mit Bootsmann durchs gemeinsame Leben schippern und auf Kurs bringen, der kleine Möchtegernmacho wartet hier auf seine Aufgaben, die die Welt für ihn bereithält… Die Beschreibungen sind Eindrücke und Aufnahmen des Tieres in unserem Tierheim und unserer Pflegestellen.
