Darcy on keskikokoinen rastipossu, noin kahden vuoden ikäinen. Darcy is a medium sized crossbreed aged around two years old. This sweet and gentle girl was living in the Botosani public shelter when we visited in October last year and we just had to offer her the chance to come to the UK to find a home. Darcy settled brilliantly into her UK foster home when she arrived last year and was quickly adopted. She has behaved perfectly in the time she’s been there but has recently been returned through no fault of her own. She is a submissive and amiable girl who mixes well with the other dogs. She needs a resident dog in her forever home. Darcy is a little hand shy and will cower at sudden movements so has clearly not always known kindness from humans. She loves a cuddle and a fuss and could live with respectful children aged five plus. This dog has passed their cat testing so can live with dog savvy cats. Darcy fostered Buxton Derbyshire. Once your dog is settled, you may want to consider using a harness (together with the slip lead) if your dog is comfortable with being handled when it is fitted. Most harnesses are not escape-proof, but harnesses with a strap behind the ribcage (e.g. Ruffwear Webmaster or Perfect Fit Harnesses) are safer. Retractable / extendable leads must never be used on our dogs. Adopted dogs must be collected from the rescue and transported straight home in a crate. Fences and gates must be 5ft min & secure.
