Samira on kaunis, aktiivinen, elävä, erittäin rakastava Podenco-nainen, joka tulee Pavlevas-kerhosta Monda/Guaro alueella, joka on pakottanut lopettamaan toimintansa huonon hoitajan terveyden vuoksi, ja meidän kerhokuntamme yrittää auttaa koiria löytämään kotirakennuksen ennen kuin paikka jää täysin tyhjäksi. Samira on kasvanut erittäin koirasympäristössä, koska Pavlevassa koirat asuvat suurissa ryhmissä, jopa jopa 80 koiraa ryhmässä. Samira on viettänyt enimmäkseen aikaa ulkona, joten hän tarvitsee vielä aikaa totutella elämään sisätiloissa, kun hänet adoptoidaan. Hän rakastaa kävelyä vapaaehtojen kanssa ja kävelee hyvin kiinni niskapainolla. Tässä kerhossa hän asuu erityisen Podenco-pojan kanssa, joka lähtee pian kerhosta, ja toivomme, että Samira ei jää täällä liian pitkään. Samira pidättää erityisesti muita miekkokoisia, ja vaikka hän voisi myös asua yhdessä naaraskoirien kanssa, niin kun hän asuu muiden naaraskoirien kanssa, hän näyttää haluavan olla ryhmän kuningattari. Samira voi myös olla perheen yksinkertainen koira, koska hän on erittäin ihmiskaupallinen ja hänellä on suuri mielenkiinto ihmisiin, mutta koirankaverin lisäksi hänelle varmasti tukee hänestä uuden elämän tutkimisessa ja siinä kokemuksessa, jonka hän kokee siirtyessään toiseen maailmaan kuin hän on tähän mennessä tuntenut. Samira ei ole pelokas, vaikka hänellä on todella pehmeä puolensa. Kun hän tulee sinua pyytämään keppuun, hän laskee itsensä maahan ja laittaa päänsä alas. Mutta kun hän ei ole näyttänyt sinua pitkään ja hän on erittäin iloinen sinun näkemisestä, hän hyppii ympärilläsi. Samira kuuntelee ja oppii hyvin, joten meillä on myös luottamusta siihen, että hän soveltuisi perheeseen, jossa on hieman vanhemmat lapset, jotka ovat tottuneet koiriin. Hän on kiinnostunut luonnosta ja hän rakastaa juoksemaan linnuille, mutta ei obsessoivasti, vaan enemmän kuin kaunis hirvi, joka juoksee kentällä. Samira voi myös potensiaalisesti elää alueellisessa ympäristössä tai jopa kaupungin reunoilla, koska hän ei ole pelokas ja hän suhtautuu elämään positiivisesti ja valmis seikkailuihin! Samira is a beautiful active, lively, very affectionate Podenco girl, who is coming from Pavlevas shelter in Monda/Guaro area which needs to shut down due to the poor health of their main caretaker, and our shelter team is trying to help the dogs find a home before the place really needs to be left behind completely.... Samira has been growing up in a VERY dog-social environment as in Pavlevas the dogs live in a huge pack all together, even up to 80 dogs in a group. Samira has been living mostly outdoors, so he still needs to get used to life indoors once he would be adopted. She loves to go for walks with volunteers and walks nicely on the leash. Here in the shelter she lives together with a special Podenco boy, who is leaving the shelter soon, and we hope Samira will not stay too much longer... Samira especially likes other male dogs, and even though she could also live together with females, then living with other females, she seems to prefer to be the queen bee of the group. Samira could also be a single dog of the family, as she is very human-focused and absolutely prefers to spend time with the human, but having a canine friend at home will for sure support her when she is discovering a new life and when she goes through all the experiences of moving to a different world than she has known so far. Samira is not shy, even though she has a very soft side to her. When she approaches you for cuddles, she gets lower to the ground and puts her head down. But when she hasn't seen you for a while, and she is super happy to see you, then she is jumping all around you. Samira listens and learns well, so we would also be confident in rehoming her to a family with a bit older dog-educated children. She is interested in wildlife and likes to run after birds, but not in an obsessed way, more like a graceful deer running on a field. She could also potentially live in a sub-urban environment or even on the edge of a city/town, as she is not fearful, and always approachs life with a positive attitude, ready for adventure! Samira's shoulder height is 52cm.
