Description A girl sent an urgent alert about a injured kitten that had taken refuge with her babies under the kitchen of an outdoor patio... The poor thing was just crying, couldn't move, wouldn't come near to eat, and couldn't feed her babies. Some of our volunteers didn't hesitate and went to the address given to us to rescue her and take her to the vet urgently. Once there, they observed she was suffering a severe gash on her face, where there was no skin left and all the flesh was exposed, which must have caused her terrible pain. Vanessa received all the care and treatment necessary for her recovery, while her babies were raised by a foster mother as her mom was so weak she couldn't take care of them. Vanessa is a scared and a bit wild (or should I say was?) cat, but it's logical considering everything she must have endured while living on the streets. Currently, Vanessa is in the home of a volunteer with a huge heart who, with much patience, is helping her lose her fear and trust people again so that when the time comes she can be adopted. The progress is slow but fruitful, and it's wonderful to see how her expression is changing, finally we can see the relaxed and happy kitten she should have always been. Descripción Una chica nos mandaba un aviso urgente sobre una gatita malherida que se había refugiado con sus bebés bajo la cocina de un patio exterior... La pobre solo lloraba, no podía moverse, no se acercaba a comer y no podía alimentar a sus bebés. Algunos de nuestros voluntarios no se lo pensaron dos veces y se acercaron hasta la dirección que nos habían dado para rescatarla y llevarla de urgencia al veterinario. Una vez allí, observaron que sufría un fuerte desgarro en la cara, donde no le quedaba ni rastro de piel y tenía toda la carne al aire, lo que le debía producir un terrible dolor. Vanessa recibió todos los cuidados y tratamientos necesarios para su recuperación, mientras que sus bebés fueron criados por una nodriza ya que su mami estaba tan débil que no podía sacarlos adelante. Vanessa es una gata miedosa y un poco salvajita (¿o debería decir era?) pero es lógico teniendo en cuenta por todo lo que ha debido sufrir mientras malvivía en las calles. Actualmente Vanessa está en casa de una voluntaria con un corazón enorme que con mucha paciencia esta consiguiendo que pierda su temor y confíe de nuevo en las personas para que llegado el momento pueda ser adoptada, los avances son lentos pero fructíferos y es maravilloso ver como le esta cambiando la expresión, por fin podemos ver la gata relajada y feliz que debía ser siempre, ¿Te animas a darle la oportunidad de demostrar su lado mas tierno?
