Bernie is a medium-sized dog with a beautiful, chocolate coat and a bright, alert expression. He has a lot of energy, is curious and full of life, but at the same time very attentive to his caregiver. During walks, he sniffs intensely, explores every corner, yet stays close to the person and gladly cooperates. He knows basic commands and it's clear that learning is enjoyable for him. He is not a shy dog, rather brave, although he can get excited and bark when he sees other dogs, especially from a distance. He is a smart, sensitive dog who needs a home full of peace, warmth and care. Someone who will show him the world, give him time and understanding. Bernie will surely repay with devotion, loyalty and daily joy of shared life.

Bernie to średniej wielkości pies o pięknym, czekoladowym umaszczeniu i bystrym, czujnym spojrzeniu. Ma w sobie dużo energii, jest ciekawski i pełen życia, ale jednocześnie bardzo uważny na swojego opiekuna. Podczas spacerów intensywnie węszy, eksploruje każdy zakątek, a mimo to trzyma się blisko człowieka i chętnie współpracuje. Zna podstawowe komendy i widać, że nauka sprawia mu przyjemność. Nie jest psem lękliwym, raczej odważnym, choć na widok innych psów potrafi się podekscytować i zaszczekać, zwłaszcza gdy widzi je z daleka. To mądry, wrażliwy pies, który potrzebuje domu pełnego spokoju, ciepła i troski. Kogoś, kto pokaże mu świat, da mu czas i zrozumienie. Bernie na pewno odpłaci się oddaniem, lojalnością i codzienną radością ze wspólnego życia.
