24 July 2025 @ Palatul Parlamentului – Camera Deputaților On July 24, 2025, the Ramses Association participated in the debate organized within the Respect for Animals project - proposals for improving Law No. 205/2004 on the protection of animals. The event took place at Palatul Parlamentului – Camera Deputaților and brought together animal rights organizations, parliamentarians, representatives of public institutions and specialists in the field. The main topic of the debate was clear and urgent: Law 205/2004 on the protection of animals - we discuss what does not work, what needs to be changed and how we can make this law a real instrument, not just a promise on paper. In an open and constructive framework, participants analyzed the limits of current legislation and proposed concrete measures for improvement. The Ramses Association supported during the discussions the urgent need for real legislative reform, with efficient implementation in the field and clear accountability of all involved actors. "It's time to be more than witnesses. Be a voice, be a solution." This was the spirit of the meeting, and we, along with other participants, committed to turning promises into concrete actions. Thank you to the organizers for the invitation and to everyone who was present. The Ramses Association remains involved in this vital effort for a society where respect for animals becomes reality, not an exception.

24 Iulie 2025 @ Palatul Parlamentului – Camera Deputaților Pe data de 24 iulie 2025, Asociația Ramses a participat la dezbaterea organizată în cadrul proiectului Respect pentru animale – propuneri de îmbunătățire a Legii nr. 205/2004 privind protecția animalelor. Evenimentul a avut loc la Palatul Parlamentului – Camera Deputaților și a reunit organizații pentru drepturile animalelor, parlamentari, reprezentanți ai instituțiilor publice și specialiști din domeniu. Tema principală a dezbaterii a fost clară și urgentă:Legea 205/2004 privind protecția animalelor – discutăm ce NU funcționează, ce trebuie schimbat și cum putem face din această lege un instrument real, nu doar o promisiune pe hârtie. Într-un cadru deschis și constructiv, participanții au analizat limitele actualei legislații și au propus măsuri concrete pentru îmbunătățire. Asociația Ramses a susținut în cadrul discuțiilor nevoia urgentă de reformă legislativă reală, cu aplicare eficientă în teren și responsabilizare clară a tuturor actorilor implicați. „E momentul să fim mai mult decât martori. Să fim voce, să fim soluție.” – acesta a fost spiritul întâlnirii, iar noi, alături de ceilalți participanți, ne-am angajat să transformăm promisiunile în acțiuni concrete. Mulțumim organizatorilor pentru invitație și tuturor celor care au fost prezenți. Asociația Ramses rămâne implicată în acest demers vital pentru o societate în care respectul față de animale devine realitate, nu excepție.
