Responsible adoption for Doçura. Doçura was a little dog that lived on the streets, known to some as the dog that circled the Pingo Doce in Mealhada. She was in very poor condition, with many wounds on her body and fur, very thin and scared, not trusting anyone. Fortunately, after many attempts and help from some people, we finally rescued her in the summer of 2025, having been recovering at our shelter until now. Now plump, healthy and happy, she is ready to meet a family. We found out she has leishmaniasis, a disease without a cure, but with proper treatment, it can be controlled, giving Doçura the possibility of a happy and loving life. Who is enchanted by this sweetness?

Doçura para adoção responsável A Doçura era uma cadelinha que vivia nas ruas, para alguns era conhecida como a cadelinha que circundava o Pingo Doce da Mealhada. Estava em péssimo estado, com imensas mazelas no corpo, no pêlo, muito magra e assustada, não confiando em ninguém. Felizmente, e depois de muitas tentivas e ajuda de algumas pessoas conseguimos finalmente resgatá-la no verão de 2025, tendo estado em recuperação no nosso abrigo até hoje. Agora, gordinha, saudável e feliz, está pronta para conhecer uma família. Descobrimos que tem Leishmaniose, uma doença sem cura, mas com os devidos tratamentos, pode ser contido dando à Doçura a possibilidade de uma vida feliz e cheia de amor.
