He had a loving home, but unfortunately, his owner was diagnosed with cancer and, due to everything she is going through, she is no longer able to provide him with the life, care, and attention he deserves. She made the difficult decision to bring Floki to our shelter so that he would be safe and properly cared for. Shortly after arriving, Floki developed a mild case of parvovirus. Thankfully, he is a strong, healthy, larger-sized dog, and with the proper treatment and care from our team, he made a full recovery. Since then, Floki has shown us what a truly wonderful dog he is. He is incredibly sweet, gentle, affectionate, and grateful. He absolutely loves being around people and has a calm and loving nature. We truly believe that Floki would be a wonderful companion and a perfect addition to a loving family. He deserves a second chance at a happy life — a home where he will be loved, cherished, and never forgotten.
