Even with other cats, I get along wonderfully. My teary eye 👁️, probably an old problem with the tear duct according to the vet, will not bother you, since you have already recognized that I am the perfect cat for you! 😻 My journey to you will be accompanied by a microchip, vaccinations, testing for FiV/FelV, and possession of an EU pet passport. ----------------------------------------------------------- Who are the heroes behind Heroes for Cyprus Cats We at Heroes for Cyprus Cats are a dedicated team of animal lovers from Cyprus, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland who advocate for the welfare of street cats in Cyprus. Our goal is to improve their lives sustainably. Our local team in Cyprus feeds, neuters, and cares for sick or injured cats on the streets and in colonies. If necessary, we bring them to foster families where they wait in a safe environment for their family. In addition, we maintain a strong online presence, process inquiries from adopters, and provide support at the airport. Street cats in Cyprus suffer greatly and are often victims of car accidents or cruel mistreatment. Many simply starve or die from diseases that go untreated. We save them from this sad fate and work tirelessly to find a loving, safe home for our rescued cats. We place great value on a collegial, transparent, and respectful relationship within our team and with potential adopters. For us, adopting a cat is just the beginning. Manche Katzen brauchen Zeit, bis sie Menschen vertrauen … Ich gehöre nicht dazu. Ich entdeckte eine Futterstelle und halb verhungert lief ich hin, zumal auch eine nette Frau dort war. Sogleich schloss ich Bekanntschaft mit ihr und sie entschied, dass ich für ein Leben auf der Straße nicht geeignet bin. Bei ihr zuhause zeigte ich erstmal, dass ich eine sehr liebe und sanfte Katze bin, die Schmusen sehr genießt. Sogar mit den anderen Katzen komme ich wunderbar aus. Mein tränendes Auge 👁️, laut Tierarzt wahrscheinlich ein altes Problem mit dem Tränenkanal, wird dich bestimmt nicht stören, da du bereits erkannt hast, dass ich die perfekte Katze für dich bin! 😻 Meine Reise zu Dir werde ich gechipt, geimpft, auf FiV/FelV getestet und im Besitz eines EU-Heimtierausweis antreten. ------------------------------------------------------------ Wer sind die Helden hinter Heroes for Cyprus Cats Wir von Heroes for Cyprus Cats sind ein engagiertes Team von Tierschützern aus Zypern, Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz, das sich für das Wohl der Straßenkatzen auf Zypern einsetzt. Unser lokales Team in Zypern füttert, kastriert und versorgt kranke oder verletzte Katzen auf den Straßen und in den Katzenkolonien. Wenn nötig, bringen wir sie in Pflegefamilien, wo sie in einem sicheren Umfeld auf ihre Familie warten. Darüber hinaus betreuen wir eine starke Online-Präsenz, bearbeiten Anfragen von Adoptanten und leisten Unterstützung am Flughafen. Straßenkatzen in Zypern leiden sehr und werden oft Opfer von Autounfällen oder grausamen Misshandlungen. Viele verhungern einfach nur oder sterben an Krankheiten, die nicht behandelt werden. Wir retten sie vor diesem traurigen Schicksal und arbeiten unermüdlich daran, ein liebevolles, sicheres Zuhause für unsere geretteten Katzen zu finden. Wir legen großen Wert auf ein kollegiales, transparentes und respektvolles Verhältnis innerhalb unseres Teams und zu den potenziellen Adoptanten. Für uns ist die Adoption einer Katze nur der Anfang.
