She cannot live with dogs, cats or small furries, as she needs her own space. Heidi could live with primary-school-aged children who are comfortable around lively dogs. Her ideal family will be happy to include Heidi in family life and be available for lots of cuddles In return, Heidi promises plenty of affection, happy greetings and a wonderful companion to share life's adventures with. Meet Heidi, a happy, energetic 7-year-old girl with a big personality and lots of love to give! This lovely girl has been exceptionally well-behaved in her foster home and absolutely adores meeting people. She can be excitable when greeting new faces and may alarm bark when she hears visitors arriving, but once she has said hello, she soon settles and is more than happy to soak up all the attention. Heidi loves her walks and enjoys getting out and about to explore the world, although she can be vocal and reactive when she sees other dogs. Heidi has a medium energy level, is fully housetrained and sleeps happily through the night on her own bed. She is generally comfortable with handling, although she is not a fan formal handing or vet appointments, so this will need to be approached sensitively. He medical will be discussed with any potential new adopters.
