Her story: Mallory was found on a cemetery, where she apparently lived for several months. No one knows if her people were buried there or if she was abandoned. It seems that Mallory did not have an easy life, but she is gradually letting her past behind her. A new sense of life and trust in people is returning, and a new Mallory is showing herself more and more! After we secured her about six months ago and took her into our private shelter, she needed one thing above all – time. We gave her that and under the loving care of Heni and her team, Malllory at first did not leave the hut, growled defensively, kept people at a distance, and felt insecure. Then, gradually, her curiosity and the desire to get a treat at the feeding station won out, and recently, these new videos – Mallory full of joy, playing and cuddling, our joy is immense! Mallory is a sweet female dog in prime condition and young enough to completely change her demeanor and live a wonderful life by her people's side, experiencing the world from a completely different perspective and discovering how beautiful it can be. At 50 cm and about 23 kg, she has a pleasant medium build, and her gaze goes straight to the heart. For Mallory, we wish for a loving and patient family that will gently take her by the paw and help her step by step to overcome her insecurities and leave her past behind. A quieter and more rural environment would be a great advantage, so she can slowly get to know her new life and understand the new rules in a household and her new world. Many people, much traffic, and noise would be more counterproductive and would further unsettle Mallory. She gets along well with other dogs and would likely learn a lot and gain additional security from living with a confident single dog. Children should not live in the household anymore, and visitors should be rarer in the first months to make the adjustment easier. It is unclear whether Mallory has ever lived in a household or if she is house-trained. It is also possible that she may not want to go outside at first to do her business. Therefore, a garden would be great, where she can find a refuge. If Mallory's gaze touches you and you believe you can give her a chance to find her way back into life, don't hesitate. A foster home would also be very helpful for her and an important stepping stone for Mallory to start anew. Mallory travels neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated with her EU pet passport. A big thank you also goes to Iris H., who has taken on a monthly sponsorship for Mallory. Ihre Geschichte: Mallory wurde auf einem Friedhof gefunden, dort hatte sie offenbar mehrere Monate gelebt. Niemand weiß, ob dort ihre Menschen begraben liegen oder ob sie dort ausgesetzt wurde. Scheinbar hatte Mallory bisher kein einfaches Leben, aber immer mehr lässt sie ihre Vergangenheit hinter sich. Ein neuer Lebenswille und das Vertrauen in die Menschen ist zurück, eine neue Mallory zeigt sich immer mehr! Nachdem wir sie vor etwa einem halben Jahr sichern und in unserem privaten Shelter in Obhut nehmen konnten, brauchte sie vor allem eins – Zeit. Die haben wir ihr gegeben und in der liebevollen Betreuung von Heni und ihrem Team traute sich Malllory anfangs nicht aus der Hütte, knurrte vorsorglich und hielt Menschen auf Abstand und fühlte sich unsichr. Dann siegte nach und nach die Neugier und der Wille, ein Leckerli am Zwinger abzuholen und vor kurzem dann diese neuen Videos – Mallory voller Lebensfreude im Auslauf, spielend und kuschelnd, unsere Freude ist riesengroß! Mallory ist eine süße Hündin in noch bestem Alter und jung genug, den Schalter nochmals komplett umzulegen und ein tolles Hundeleben an der Seite ihrer Menschen zu leben und die Welt von einer völlig anderen Seite kennenzulernen und zu erleben, wie schön diese sein kann. Mit ihren 50 cm und etwa 23 kg hat sie eine angenehme mittlere Körpergröße und ihr Blick geht tief ins Herz. Für Mallory wünschen wir uns eine liebevolle und geduldige Familie, die die schwarze Schönheit mit der weißen Blesse und den weißen Pfötchen hat sanft an der Pfote nehmen will und ihr Schritt für Schritt hilft, ihre Unsicherheiten abzulegen und ihre Vergangenheit weit hinter sich zu lassen. Ein ruhigeres und ländlicheres Umfeld wären von großem Vorteil, damit sie langsam ihr neues Leben kennenlernen kann und die neuen Regeln in einem Haushalt und ihrer neuen Welt verstehen kann. Viele Menschen, viel Verkehr und Lärm wären eher kontraproduktiv und würden Mallory zusätzlich verunsichern. Mit anderen Hunden versteht sie sich gut und würde von einem souveränen Ersthund vermutlich viel lernen und zusätzliche Sicherheit gewinnen können. Kinder sollten eher nicht mehr in dem Haushalt leben und auch Besuch sollte in den ersten Monaten seltener kommen, um ihr die Eingewöhnung zu erleichtern. Es ist völlig unklar, ob Mallory jemals in einem Haushalt gelebt hat und ob sie stubenrein ist. Es ist auch damit zu rechnen das sie anfangs nicht raus mag, um ihr Geschäft zu erledigen. Deshalb wäre auch ein Garten toll, in dem sie einen Zufluchtsort finden kann. Wenn Mallorys Blick Dich ebenfalls berührt und Du der Meinung bist, dass Du ihr eine Chance geben möchtest ins Leben zurück zu finden, zögere nicht. Auch eine Pflegestelle hilft ihr sehr und ist ein wichtiges Sprungbrett für Mallory, nochmal ganz neu durchzustarten. Mallory reist kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht mit ihrem EU-Heimtierausweis im Gepäck. Nach positiver Vorkontrolle kann sie gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro vermittelt werden.
