DATE OF BIRTH: 11/03/2021 BREED: MIX OF GOLDEN RETRIEVER HEALTH: Good. He is deaf, which does not prevent him from leading an absolutely normal life. It's just that he needs visual references. Manchitas is a very good and affectionate dog but has had to live through a very tough experience due to a lack of dedication, and that's why he now has a great dependency on companionship and cannot be left alone at home. He needs a family that can organize themselves to always be with him and work with him. He is not compatible with cats. He could be worked on in the future, but it's not ideal. He has a very high level of stress from everything he's been through, and we need to work on reducing his stress. That's why he pulls quite a bit on the leash when he first goes out. He paces better after a little while. He's a young and strong dog, so a quiet environment would be more favorable for giving him the stability he needs. Manchitas was brought to the shelter because current personal circumstances make it impossible for them to continue caring for him. He came from complicated circumstances because they had him tied inside the house to prevent him from breaking anything, which is why he has a high level of stress. He has been doing very poorly at the animal shelter, which is why we are looking for foster care or urgent adoption. He is currently in foster care, but since he is not compatible with cats, it's impossible for him to stay in that home.

FECHA DE NACIMIENTO: 03/11/2021 RAZA: MIX DE GOLDEN RETRIEVER SALUD: Buena. Es sordo, lo que no le impide realizar una vida absolutamente normal. Simplemente hay que ser su referente de forma visual. Manchitas es un perro muy bueno y cariñoso pero que le ha tocado vivir una experiencia muy dura por falta de dedicación, y por eso ahora mismo tiene una gran dependencia de acompañamiento y no se le puede dejar solo en casa. Necesita una familia que pueda organizarse para que esté siempre acompañado y se pueda ir trabajando con él. No es compatible con gatos. Se podría trabajar en un futuro, pero no es lo ideal. Tiene un nivel de estrés muy alto por todo lo que ha pasado y hay que trabajar la reducción de estrés. Por eso también cuando sale de casa tira bastante de la correa. Al poco rato ya pasea mejor. Hay que tener en cuenta que es un perro joven y con fuerza. Preferible un entorno tranquilo que sea más favorable para poder darle ese nivel de estabilidad que necesita. Marchitas nos llega cedido porque ahora mismo las circunstancias personales hacen imposible que lo puedan seguir cuidando. Viene de circunstancias complicadas porque lo tenían atado dentro de casa para que no rompiese nada, de allí su alto nivel de estrés. En el refugio lo ha estado pasando muy mal y por eso buscamos acogida o adopción urgente. Ahora mismo está en acogida, pero al no ser compatible con gatos se hace imposible que siga en esa casa.
