Chelsea is a shy and distrustful little dog, but she has an enormous desire to connect with people. It’s clear that her past with humans wasn’t easy, yet she still seeks petting, attention, and affection. If you approach her calmly, with patience and lots of love, Chelsea will gradually open her heart to you and allow you to be the one who helps her regain her trust. We don’t have much time to devote to her—what about you?
