He is FIV-positive (cat AIDS), but this does not prevent him from living a happy and comfortable indoor life, surrounded by love and attention. His interactions with other cats and dogs are still to be tested. A gradual introduction will therefore be preferable if you already have pets. He deserves a reassuring home, full of gentleness, where he can flourish at his own pace.
