The OREO was abandoned at the shelter along with eight other dogs by a man who arrived in a van and said he was moving. He said he would leave the dogs at the Shelter or abandon them in the fields nearby. He showed no concern for the animals. The OREO is a bit shy at first, but is very gentle and kind. Once he overcomes this initial hesitation, he loves human attention. He gets along well with all the other dogs. He is a very calm boy, and although pointers are usually more active, he does not seem to have that level of energy. The OREO will be delivered vaccinated, dewormed, spayed/neutered, and with a microchip.

O Oreo foi abandonado no abrigo juntamente com mais 8 cães por um homem que chegou de carrinha e disse que estava de mudança. Ou deixava os cães no Cantinho ou largava-os nos campos ali ao lado. Não demonstrou qualquer preocupação com os animais. O Oreo é um pouco tímido no primeiro contacto, mas é muito meigo e doce. Assim que ultrapassa essa hesitação inicial, adora atenção humana. Dá-se bem com todos os outros cães. É um menino bastante calmo, e apesar de os pointers serem normalmente mais ativos, ele não parece ter esse nível de energia. O Oreo será entregue vacinado, desparasitado, esterilizado e com microchip.
