Pepito was born at our shelter with two more siblings. Their mom, Blue, gave birth at the animal shelter. She takes excellent care of her babies. Even though an animal shelter may not be the most glamorous place for puppies, it is safe and they are well cared for. Pepito is playful and gets along with everyone.
