Tiga was found by a friend on the streets of a mountain town, in a very poor state. It turned out he had active leishmaniasis, so he was treated and improved. As with most Power/PPP dogs, we prefer a dog-only environment. In Spain, you will need a PPP license and insurance. Other countries depend on their laws, talk to us.
