A stunningly handsome male Doberman who loves all his people and shares an especially close bond with his primary caregivers—this is the wonderful TULIO. He’s also extremely charming and intelligent, and currently lives with two other male dogs—with whom he gets along wonderfully—under the care of his foster family. This family has just completed a temperament test with him, without any conditions attached, to document his positive traits and character. He received a grade of 1 from a renowned expert. Tulio is sensitive and needs structure; therefore, we’d like to place him in a home within a reasonable distance—preferably as an only dog. Would you like to get to know him or learn more?
