Zafiro is a Podenco hound who arrived in rough shape, in terrible conditions that broke the heart. After receiving his treatment with injections for Leishmania, he now only needs to continue with his pill medication and regular veterinary check-ups. He is a beautiful dog, very affectionate and sociable, accustomed to living with other dogs. Despite everything he has been through, Zafiro maintains an infinite sweetness and an enormous desire to receive affection. He deserves, more than anyone, a family that is not afraid to adopt a dog with a controlled illness and that is willing to give him the new life he so desperately wants. Zafiro has a lot of love to give… he just needs an opportunity.

Zafiro es un podenco que llegó en los huesos, en unas condiciones terribles que rompían el corazón. Tras recibir su tratamiento con inyecciones para la leishmania, ahora solo necesita continuar con su medicación en pastillas y los controles veterinarios habituales. Es un perro precioso, muy cariñoso y sociable, acostumbrado a convivir con otros perros. A pesar de todo lo que ha pasado, Zafiro mantiene una dulzura infinita y unas ganas enormes de recibir cariño. Se merece, más que nadie, una familia que no tenga miedo de adoptar a un perro con una enfermedad controlada, y que esté dispuesta a darle la nueva vida que tanto ansía.
