Se hai un grande buco formato dalle gambe lunghe nel tuo cuore e nella tua casa, Goliath potrebbe essere l'aggiunta perfetta! Goliath è così chiamato per la sua imponente taglia! È un ragazzo dolce che cerca una casa da chiamare sua, trovato come randagio non abbiamo alcuna storia su di lui, ma crediamo che forse non abbia mai vissuto in una casa prima. Ama stare con le persone e appoggerà la testa sulle tue gambe per ricevere attenzioni, potrebbe essere un po' riservato all'inizio ma presto si avvicinerà alle nuove persone e si riscalderà rapidamente verso di te. È un bell'uomo gentile e gigantesco che avrà bisogno di una famiglia disposta a insegnargli come vivere in casa e non si preoccupa di insegnargli a essere addestrato in casa. Potrebbe essere più facile aiutarlo con l'addestramento in casa se avesse il proprio giardino, tuttavia non è un must. Goliath mostra molte comportamenti sociali e amichevoli con i cani durante le passeggiate ma diventa un po' nervoso quando non è al guinzaglio, potrebbe ancora poter vivere con un altro cane, ma pensiamo che si adatterebbe meglio a un cane tranquillo che gli insegnerà le basi e gli permetterà di costruire fiducia, ma può anche vivere come cane solitario che potrà socializzare durante le passeggiate. Ha mostrato sempre di più la sua personalità nel tempo trascorso con noi e una delle sue cose preferite sono i peluche, che insegue e butta in aria. Per via della sua natura crediamo che sarebbe meglio viverci con bambini di età scolare secondaria (12+), abituati ai grandi cani, poiché anche se è dolce, quando acquisisce fiducia o corre con i suoi giocattoli non ci vorrebbe molto per far cadere accidentalmente un bambino più piccolo. È molto orientato al cibo e sta ancora guadagnando peso necessario dopo essere stato molto malnutrito quando è stato trovato, quindi ha dimostrato che potrebbe cercare i contatori per trovare qualcosa di gustoso che qualcuno potrebbe aver lasciato per lui - quindi una famiglia disposta a gestire e lavorare su questo sarà necessaria. Romeo è un vero tesoro e francamente un po' uno scioccone ..preferito dai camminatori di cani.

If you have a large, long legged shaped hole in your hearts and home then Goliath just may be the perfect addition! Goliath as named due to his mighty size! Is a sweet boy who is looking for a home to call his own, being found as a stray we have no history for him, but we believe he may never have lived in a home before. He loves being with people and will rest his head on your lap for some fuss, he may be a little aloof initially but soon comes up to new people and warms up to you quickly. He is a handsome gentle giant who will need a family willing to teach him how to live in a home and don’t mind teaching him how to be house trained. It may be easier to help him with his house training if her were to have his own garden, however this is not a must. Goliath shows lots of very social and friendly behaviour to dogs on walks but becomes a little nervous when off lead, he may still be able to live with another dog, but we think he would suit a calm dog to teach him the ropes and will allow him to build confidence but he can also live as a solo dog who will be able to socialise on walks. He has been showing his personality increasingly in the time he spends with us and one of his favourite things is soft toys, which he will chase and throw around in the air. Because of his nature we believe he would be best to live with children of Secondary school age (12+), who are used to big dogs as although he is gentle, when he does build confidence or when he is running around with his toys it wouldn’t take much for him to accidentally knock smaller children over. He is very food orientated and is still putting on some much-needed weight after being quite malnourished when he was found, therefore he has shown that he may counter surf to find anything tasty someone may have left for him to find – so a family willing to manage and work on this will be needed. Romeo is an absolute sweet heart and frankly a bit of a goofball ..dog walkers fave
