Conosci Holly, un meraviglioso 9 anni Springer Spaniel che cerca una casa affettuosa per trascorrere i suoi anni di ritiro. Tuttavia, "ritiro" non significa davvero rallentare per Holly. Ha ancora tanta energia giovanile, un sedere costantemente agitato e un amore infinito per il gioco. La sua preferita? Una classica palla da tennis. Holly potrebbe cacciare una palla per ore e raramente sceglie di fermarsi da sola! Sebbene abbia il cuore giovane, Holly è ancora una ragazza più matura che a volte ha bisogno di un dolce ricordo per prendersi una pausa e riposare. Beneficierà di un padrone che possa aiutarla a bilanciare la sua entusiasmo con un po' di tempo per riposare. Holly è estremamente amichevole e si sente bene attorno alle persone. Adora avere qualcuno con cui giocare, lanciarle i suoi giochi e ricompensarla con gustosi bocconi - anche se non troppi, poiché al momento ha un po' di peso in eccesso! Durante le passeggiatine, Holly può essere abbastanza forte e tende a tirare la guinzaglio, quindi avrà bisogno di un proprietario che possa gestirla con sicurezza e aiutarla a imparare a comportarsi in modo più calmo. È generalmente rilassata intorno agli altri cani, spesso facendo la sua cosa e ignorandoli, il che significa che potrebbe apprezzare le passeggiate sociali e incontrare altri cani senza troppe complicazioni. Potrebbe anche vivere con un altro cane facile e ben socializzato dopo una presentazione positiva nel nostro centro. Se cerchi un compagno divertente, affettuoso con uno spirito giocoso e sei in grado di offrirle il tempo, la guida e soprattutto: tante palle da tennis, Holly potrebbe essere la scelta perfetta per te.

Meet Holly, a wonderful 9-year-old Springer Spaniel searching for a loving home to enjoy her retirement years. That said, “retirement” doesn’t quite mean slowing down for Holly. She still has plenty of youthful energy, a constantly wiggling bum, and an endless love for playtime. Her absolute favourite? A classic tennis ball. Holly could happily chase one for hours and rarely chooses to stop on her own! While she’s young at heart, Holly is still an older girl who sometimes needs a gentle reminder to take a break and rest. She’ll benefit from an owner who can help her balance her enthusiasm with some well-earned downtime. Holly is incredibly friendly and thrives around people. She loves having someone to play with, toss her toys, and reward her with tasty treats - though not too many, as she’s carrying a little extra weight at the moment! On walks, Holly can be quite strong and tends to pull on the lead, so she’ll need an owner who can confidently handle her and help her learn to settle into a calmer walking routine. She’s generally relaxed around other dogs, often choosing to do her own thing and ignore them, which means she could enjoy social walks and meeting other dogs out and about without much fuss. She could also live with another easy going, well socialised dog following positive introductions at our centre. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate companion with a playful spirit and you can offer her the time, guidance, and most importantly : plenty of tennis balls, Holly could be the perfect match for you.
