Looking for a sporty and alert companion? Bella is the right dog for you. Her previous owners were overwhelmed, so Bella took charge on walks and attacked passersby, joggers, and cyclists she perceived as threats. She's initially very skeptical of strangers and barks energetically at visitors. However, Bella is very attentive and teachable - once she knows someone, she's very people-oriented and enjoys training. She's generally compatible with other dogs, usually fine with males, and compatibility with females depends on chemistry. Due to her history, she cannot be placed in households with children or cats/small animals. With some work, Bella could become a wonderful companion who would enjoy dog sports.
