Bailee, our shy parakeet hen, arrived with us as a found animal on December 5, 2024. Born in 2023, she carries a wild-colored plumage and has since found a home with her partner BORB, a similarly charming parakeet male. Initially planned as a foster arrangement, the bond between the two has grown so strong that they are inseparable and now seek a new home together. Bailee is currently very shy around people, but in her familiar surroundings with BORB by her side, she feels safe. Both birds wish for a home that meets their needs. An outdoor aviary with a frost-free and heated shelter for the winter months or a large bird room with ample space for them to fly and explore would be ideal. Their new home should be at least 200x100x200 cm in size. Bailee and BORB form a harmonious pair that loves their freedom and requires plenty of space to fly and explore. They do not wish to be separated and hope to find a home soon where they can lead a happy life together.
