08-05-26 Nova is a worried little girl who has come to us from a breeder and is finding everything in her new surroundings quite overwhelming. She can be touch sensitive as she’s still learning that people mean her no harm, but with time and gentle handling she is starting to realise she is safe. She takes great comfort from her kennel friends, so she will need a kind, confident resident dog in her new home to help guide her and give her reassurance as she settles in. She would be best matched with a medium/large dog who has a similar energy level to her. Nova will need a calm, quiet, adult-only home where she can take everything at her own pace and slowly build her confidence. She has never lived in a home before, so she will need patient adopters to gently introduce her to house training and walking on a lead. While this is all new and a little overwhelming for her right now, she is already beginning to feel more comfortable in a harness and is making steady progress. Nova is a sweet soul who is just looking for understanding, patience, and someone willing to take a chance on her. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
