The owners of Philippe and Léopold were getting a divorce, and they wanted to have their pigs euthanized. A friend took them in and looked for a solution to prevent euthanasia. Philippe and Léopold are two very calm and kind Vietnamese pigs. They are very attached to each other and sleep huddled together under the straw. Their diet consisted mainly of table scraps, which is not at all suitable for pigs. They are therefore overweight, which weakens their joints. We gradually re-balanced their diet to improve their health.

Les propriétaires de Philippe et Léopold étant en train de divorcer, ils souhaitaient faire euthanasier leurs cochons. Une connaissance les a donc recueillis et a cherché une solution pour leur éviter l’euthanasie. Philippe et Léopold sont deux cochons vietnamiens très calmes et gentils. Ils sont très attachés l’un à l’autre et dorment collés sous la paille. Leur alimentation se composait essentiellement de restes de table, ce qui n’est pas du tout adapté pour des cochons. Ils sont donc en surpoids, ce qui fragilise leurs articulations. Nous avons progressivement rééquilibré leur alimentation afin d’améliorer leur santé.
